Computerized monthly airline revenue reports generated from bank settlement plan (BSP) data or carrier flown revenue statistics that provides the carrier with detailed and timely travel agency point of sale information.

TATS - TRAVEL ACCOUNT TRACKING SYSTEM

PC based electronic account record card system that integrates point of sale revenue features inherent in the TAPS program with detailed travel agency profiles generated from IATA and ARC databases. This sale force automation software is designed specifically for airlines and enables both accounting and sales departments to track their interaction with the travel agency community and other key distribution channels with minimal effort.

 
BARS - BILLING AUDIT REPORT SYSTEM

Computerized audit of Airline GDS billing information data tapes (BIDT) for errors that can be billed back to the vendors, identification of aberrant travel agency practices, and allocation of costs for carrier budget purposes.


Services

EQC - ELECTRONIC QUALITY CONTROL

A systematic program that monitors, manages and reports on schedule, fare and functionality displays in the major airline Global Distribution Systems (GDS). EQC verifies that a carrier’s schedules, fares, and availability are correctly and aggressively displayed in GDS. The program reviews all elements of the information found in the systems, compares it with the airline’s internal data and initiates corrective action to the extent authorized.

TAAS - TRAVEL AGENCY AUDIT SYSTEM

Audit of fare calculations and commission claims on travel agency issued tickets to control abuse. The service generates and dispatches appropriate and timely debit memos, increasing carrier revenues and improving cash flow.

TAMS - TARIFF MANAGEMENT SERVICE
 
Monitor and report on an airline’s competitive pricing position in key markets and/or perform the actual tariff filing function acting on carrier instructions. The Park Group is on-line electronically with the major tariff publishing companies ATPCO & ABC, and the electronic GFS (Government Filing Service).
