TATS - TRAVEL ACCOUNT TRACKING SYSTEM
PC based electronic account record card system that integrates point of sale revenue features inherent in the TAPS program with detailed travel agency profiles generated from IATA and ARC databases. This sale force automation software is designed specifically for airlines and enables both accounting and sales departments to track their interaction with the travel agency community and other key distribution channels with minimal effort.
Computerized audit of Airline GDS billing information data tapes (BIDT) for errors that can be billed back to the vendors, identification of aberrant travel agency practices, and allocation of costs for carrier budget purposes.
A systematic program that monitors, manages and reports on schedule, fare and functionality displays in the major airline Global Distribution Systems (GDS). EQC verifies that a carrier’s schedules, fares, and availability are correctly and aggressively displayed in GDS. The program reviews all elements of the information found in the systems, compares it with the airline’s internal data and initiates corrective action to the extent authorized.
